You want to hear a miracle? here’s one…my own testimony!

so last week, my life story was a bit confusing! Anxiety, worries, stress . . . name it, for i certainly  have it – well, almost! =p

It really started because of my worries for chickenpox! i was too bothered by the thought that my entire body would be filled up with traces of the pox and i wont be able to attend classes. It was really a bad timing, but perhaps God has His plans. The small pox were on my tighs and at some part on my waistline…( imagine how it hurt much if I go to school and wear my jeans!? -skinny that is… )

I was really praying hard as I cry at night due to the pains that it gave me. I cant sleep well, i wake up in the middle of the night because it really is annoying and painful! I even text my friends to ask for their prayers in between midnights! I asked them to pray for me to sleep for the pain it’s causing me is unthinkable! Then I started praying hard and I said “i really have to have faith!” I always believed in the power of prayers,they move mountains…they do! THat’s why… i cried!

And as I cried, tears were on my face,down all over my pillow,  I satrted praying “Lord, please don’t allow the pox to reach the important parts of my body” ( p.s im refering to the parts of our body which is commonly seen, such as face, “my lovely face!” i used to grasp…hehe, arms and the like! i dont want scars! who wants them anyway? ) So day and night folks, i prayed and prayed! I said “LORD, i dont want to inflict this virus to my friends! I dont want to get blamed by them for not attending classes because of me!” and then “LORD, please take this away . . . ” and when doubt wants to creep in to me i answer5 with  ”in JESUS name, i know i’ll be healed!”

I always say in Jesus name because i believe that if we ask anything in His name, He will do it (  JOhn 14:14 )

 what’s next was z z z Z Z Z Z . . . .

Okay, so that was two weeks ago! Today, im writing to the world to acknowledge  GOD’s love for me! Lord Jesus, thank yOu so much! Praise God people! The wounds that the pox had caused is now healing, ”varicella zoster virus is leaving my body!” I exclaimed early this morning on my microbiology class, and immediately my friends ran to me and they were asking me with lots of questions and they seemed to be 10x happier than i am! It was great! I was really repeating “Thank God, Praise GOD!” all the time around the school… Im just so happy about it!

It reminds me of words echoing around my ears on a mass we attended at a nearby church at the school… “LORD, I am not worthy to receive you, but I only say the word and I shall be healed.” I said the word and I was healed! In Jesus name! Jesus was the key word for me… i hope it would be the same for you and me. I used to recite my favorite verse in the bible along with it, John 15:7, God said “If you abide in me and my words abide in you, you will ask for what you desire and it shall be done for you “

Let Jesus be the key words in our lives! Why dont you all praise God with me today and thank Him for all the blessings? Besides, talking to God and with  praising Him, no breath is lost – an assurance!
